  1. Open Power Point
  2. Choose TEMPLATE
  3. Select Dad's Tie
  4. Open top left template (title)

Slide 1 The Title Screen

  1. Title: Type (or copy from here) Trip to Tomei
  2. Subtitle: Type (or copy) Third-year students go to Tomei Gakurin
  3. (next line) This is their story
  4. Highlight TOMEI GAKURIN, make Italic (it is a foreign word).

Slide 2

  1. Select New Slide from Common Tasks
  2. Choose top, second-from-left layout
  3. Title: Schedule: Four nights, five days
  4. Content: First day: Arrive, set up
  5. Next line, TAB, then Room Assignments
  6. Next line, then Sheets in Sheet Room
  7. Next line, Opening Ceremony
  8. Next line, Left Arrow (Promote), Go to Dinner

  1. Select New Slide from Common Tasks
  2. Choose top, third-from-left layout
  3. Title: After Dinner
  4. Content for left-hand box: (You type in or copy from here)

  13. Resize, reposition picture on screen

  1. Select New Slide from Common Tasks
  2. Choose top, third-from-left layout
  3. Title: Special Day
  4. Content for left-hand box: (You type in or copy from here)

  8.     Warm, sunny day
  9. RIGHT CLICK ON edge of right-hand box (empty one)
  10. Choose CUT from menu
  11. Go to INSERT Menu, Choose Movies and Sounds, then Movie from File
  12. Choose Picasso.mpg from the menu

Finishing up

  1. Save your Presentation: File Menu, Save As
  2. Type in new file name (Example: Tomei Gordon)
  3. Click on Save button
