    Sushi seemed to be one of an expensive Japanese food. Its true, but at the same time, not true. There are some kinds of suitable sushi shop here and there. Those shops provide a dish for customers about 100 yen. One of them, named KAPPA-Zushi, is common store for my family. KAPPA is a chain of revolving Sushi shops, and there are 195 stores throughout the country. We often go there in Omiya because we can eat delicious dishes enough and that in reasonable price. At the first time (it was longtime ago&) of KAPPA, I made a big mistake to take a dish up from a lane. On the lane, each dishes is drift put on OKE (its like a shallow bucket), then you normally can pick up only dishes you want to eat. My mistake was that I picked up OKE, then it need hardly be said that I broke the line of sushi. So I would like to introduce how to enjoy having a meal at KAPPA as a result of my failure.

 `    When you go in KAPPA, a clerk will take you to seats. (If there are crowded, you must write your name on the waiting list.)

a    When you have a seat, you make tea, prepare soy sauce by yourself. If you like SYOGA (ginger), of course you can have.

b    Many kinds of dishes of Sushi (two pieces of sushi for a dish) move around our seats, so you pick them up whatever you like. Then a point to notice is that Dont get them and all, but only dishes

c    It had better to put wasabi on Sushi than to dissolve it in soy sauce (Sure, its up to you).

d    If you cant find dishes you want, you can order too, push a button of an intercommunication phone near your seats. Its the best way to have fresh one.

e    After you finish, push another button again. Then a clerk comes to count how many dishes you had. Please bring the paper to the cash desk and check out.

f    Besides eating there, you can Sushi to take out!! 

 The mentioned above is my suggestions at KAITEN ZUSHI(revolving sushi shop): KAPPA. If you have a chance to go there, please remember this. May you have a great time at KAPPA!!
