HW1

How to make norimaki

 

1       Wash the rice until water became clear

2       Boil the rice in a rice-cooker

3       Mix vinegar, salt and sugar

4       Add 3 into boiled rice

5       Mix it quickly 

6       Set aside

7       Open an egg and add salt and sugar

8       Heat frying pan 

9       Pour law egg into frying pan 

10   Stir it softly

11   Roll it to this side

12   Cut it into thin

13   Set aside

14   Shred cucumber

15   Set aside

16   Chop mushrooms

17   Fly mushrooms

18   Add sake, water, sugar, and soy sauce

19   Simmer it until water is gone

20   Set aside and cool it down

21   Put laver on the Makisu

22   Put rice on the laver

23   Put flied egg, cucumber and mash rooms

24   Roll it from front to back

25   Cut it into 3cm

26   Eat it and enjoy!!!!!!
