How to jump

 

1.     Stand straight and straddle your legs as the same width of your shoulder.

2.     Put your strength in your shoulders a little bit.

3.     Put your strength in your upper arms and lift your arms a little.

4.     And crook your elbows lightly.

5.     Put your strength in your forearms and lift your arms a little.

6.     Put your strength in your thumbs and lift your arms a little.

7.     Lift your arms upright to the position as the same height of your head while you make No,2~6.

8.     Take your index fingers, middle fingers, ring fingers, pinkies lightly while you make No,2~7.

9.     Put your strength in your thighs, and stoop your knees.

10. At this point, move your weight ahead.

11. Move your weight to your toes while you put your strength in your shins.

12. Put your strength in your waist, and lean your bust forward a little. However, keep your eyes looking ahead straight.

13. Deposit your arms heavily to your back through your side.

14. At this point, put your weight in order: knees, calves, toes.

15. And then, lift your body with putting your strength in order: thighs, knees, calves, toes.

16. Leap high right above with the strength of your legs.

17. At one time, you deposit heavily and lift your arms right above through your side.

18. Extend your toes and hands upright while you leap up.

19. Drop on your toes at first, and put your strength in your heels, and drop on your whole feet.

20. At this point, crook your knees, and disperse your weight with calves and knees.

21. Lower your arms heavily and straightly.

22. Extend your knees and stand yourself erect.
