How to use contact lens

(1)  How to put in contact lens

1.     You wash your hands with soap before you touch contact lens.

2.     First, you put contact in your right eye. You put right eyes contact on your forefinger of your stronger hand. Then you confirm both sides of contact.

3.     You lift your top eyelid with your middle finger that is not your stronger hand.

4.     You down the under eyelid with your middle finger that is your stronger hand. 

5.     You put contact into your right eye as it is.

(When you put contact into your eye, its better for you to cast under.)

6.     Equally, you put contact into your left eye.

(2)  How to take off contact lens.

1.     You wash your hands with soap before you take off contact.

2.     First, you take off contact of right eye.  You lift your top eyelid, as well as you put in contact lens.

3.     You down your under eyelid.

4.     You take off contact with your forefinger and thumb of your stronger hand. Then you take off it as you pick contact

 (When you take off contact, its better for you to cast up.)

5.     Equally, you take off your left eyes contact.

6.     You have to syringe contact after you take off it, if your contact lens is not disposable.

             Recently, there are a lot of people who have poor sight. Most of those people wear contact lens, including me. Ill tell you how to use contact lens.

(1)  How to put in contact lens

1.     You wash your hands before you touch contact.

2.     First, you put contact in your right eye. You put right eyes contact on your forefinger of your stronger hand. Then you confirm both sides of contact. (Are there no chip?)

3.     You lift your top eyelid with your middle finger that is not your stronger hand.

4.     You down the under eyelid with your middle finger that is your stronger hand. 

5.      Deliberately, you put contact into your right eye as it is.

(When you put contact into your eye, its better for you to cast under.)

6.     Equally, you put contact into your left eye.
