Instruction of how to cook delicious MISO-soup

1, make soup stock from seaweed or dried fish or dried bonito. (If you mix these stuffs, MISO-soup would be more delicious!)

2, when you use seaweed, cut in and soak in water about 30minutes. After that, turn on the stove.

When you use dried fish, take off head and bowels and then soak in water about 30minutes to come out good taste. After that, turn on the stove.

When you use dried bonito, you have to put in after water was boiled. After put in dried bonito, wait until water was boil again. Then, turn off the stove and strain scum.

3, put in ingredients. Basic stuffs are soft seaweed and potato, Japanese radish and Tofu, deep-fried bean curd and leek and so on. And seasons ingredients are good too.

4, put in MISO. Put in MISO before water was boiled. You should not boil MISO-soup, because if you boil MISO-soup, it would be not so good taste, and not so healthy.

5, put in MISO-soup to OWAN (it is Japanese traditional dish). And you can put on topping (leek, sesame, and so on) if you want.
